Ravel, Maurice

Maurice Ravel(1875-1937), French composer, studied at the Paris Conservatory with Faure; his music continued to take him all over Europe during 1920's, considered a talented disciple of Debussy. He composed 2 piano concertos, orchestral music, violin pieces(Tzigane), chamber music, ballet, and operas etc.
